    Weeks 1–2

    Project Initiation

    • Signed statements of work and environment access agreements
    • Kickoff workshop with your IT, security, and compliance leads
    • Architecture review — existing cloud accounts, network topology, data classification
    • Stakeholder mapping and RACI matrix agreed
    • Shared project tracker set up (your choice of tooling: Jira, Linear, or Setient-hosted)

    Weeks 3–6

    Core Deployment

    • Product installation to your infrastructure (on-premise, private cloud, or hybrid)
    • Network configuration and firewall rules established
    • Privacy policies and routing rules configured to your organisation's requirements
    • Initial integration with your approved cloud AI providers (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini)
    • Daily deployment updates from the India engineering team during this phase

    Weeks 7–10

    Integration & Testing

    • API connections to your existing data systems and workflows
    • User acceptance testing (UAT) with your nominated internal testers
    • Performance testing under representative load
    • Security review and penetration test (performed by Setient, results shared in full)
    • Compliance documentation review — GDPR Article 25 or equivalent as applicable

    Weeks 11–12

    Training & Handover

    • Staff training sessions (up to 3 workshops — IT administrators, end users, compliance team)
    • Technical documentation handover (architecture diagrams, runbooks, API reference)
    • User documentation (guides and quick-reference materials in your house style)
    • Go-live sign-off checklist completed with your team
    • Optional: transition call with Setient Managed Operations team if continuing to Tier 03

    Fixed-price delivery requires a clear scope. We are explicit about what we include so there are no surprises.

    • Full product deployment to your specified infrastructure
    • Privacy boundary configuration and routing policy setup
    • Integration with up to 3 existing cloud AI providers

    • Staff training (up to 3 sessions, up to 20 participants each)

    • GDPR Article 25 / DPDP Section 8 compliance documentation
    • Go-live sign-off
    • 30-day post-go-live support window

    Out of scope

    • Infrastructure procurement (servers, cloud subscriptions, network hardware)
    • Legacy data migration or data cleansing
    • Bespoke software development beyond product configuration
    • Third-party system changes outside Setient's products
    • Ongoing maintenance after the 30-day support window (covered by Managed Operations)

    Global delivery model: Your UK project manager runs all client-facing meetings during UK business hours. The India engineering team (Pune) handles technical deployment with a 12–14 hour workday, enabling daily progress that a UK-only team cannot match. Handover between UK and India happens at 9am GMT each day, ensuring no work item is left without an owner.

    What we need from you

    Most organisations are ready to start within 2 weeks of contract signature.

    Environment access

    Read-only access to existing cloud billing and network documentation at project start. Deployment-level access (scoped and time-limited) from Week 3.

    Technical contact

    A named engineer or IT administrator who can provide server/cloud access, review configurations, and attend weekly technical stand-ups.

    Compliance contact

    A named compliance, legal, or data protection lead who can approve policy configurations and sign off documentation.

    Cloud provider credentials

    API keys for your approved cloud AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) — or agreement to create these during the project.

    From £25,000
    Fixed scope. Final price confirmed after a scoping call — typically within 5 business days of initial enquiry.
